It's not worth it :)

She usually gives you a 15 Point Wizard Token and a random stat increase for your active pet.

It's worth it if you have a big pet or you're really into training your pet...stat increases range from 3-7 from my experience. You also get a small amount of sP, no where close to 133k, along with the 15 point token.
